Boat Hoist Plans

I'm looking for a set of plans to build a boat lift for the viper. cable style is fine, i want to build it as light as possible as it will have to be handled by hand on land. also, detailed pictures would be a great help. i need about 1000-1500 pounds capacity. i have all welding and steelwork equipment..
